HR-150E Electric Motorized Rockwell hardness tester Instrument Description:

●Hardness is one of the important criteria of the mechanical functions of materials, and the hardness test is the important way to judge the quality of the metallic materials or parts.

● HR-150E analogue gauge resolution is 0.5HR, it is useful to improve the reading accuracy than traditional 1HR resolution.
● HR-150E dwell time from 1to 60s can be setup by the “time key” on the panel , it is much convenient than the setup on the manual hardness tester.
● HR-150E loading, dwell and unloading is buffering by oil pump, it eliminate the operator’ s tiredness.
● HR-150E force knob adopts the metal material to replace the plastic, it improves the instrument using-life a lot.
● HR-150E loading, dwell and unloading is buffering by electronic motor automatically ,doesn’t need the operator to handle it , it eliminates the human operation error maximum.
