Fault

1) blue screen;

2) The poor contact between mainframe, linear scale, and data conversion procesor cause no data display.

3) Transmission, surface light source is not bright;

4) The machine cannot be opened;

5) The automatic video measuring machine  can't find the origin point or move when it starts.


Reason

Due to the long repairing cycle and high price, the most important thing is to delay the normal work of customers. There are many reasons for the problems,

but nothing more than the following reasons:

1) Loss of operating software files or poor contact of CCD video lines;

2) Damage of linear scale or data conversion processor;

3) Damage of power supply board;

4) The encrypted dog is damaged or the software operating system of the video measuring machine crashes.

There may be only one or several of the above problems.
